Emily Diane Leatherman, who showed up uninvited at Cruise's Beverly Hills home on March 29, was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property and violating a restraining order, police said.

Apparently, a woman with the same name was accused by Cusack last July for showing unusual interest in him and purposely throwing love letters over his fence.

Sgt. Rex McEvoy of the Beverly Hills Police Department could not authenticate whether Letherman was the woman behind Cusack's case as well. However, both the women have the same first, middle and last names and are of the same age.

In an interview with TMZ around the time of the Cusack court action, Leatherman said she sought after the 'High Fidelity' star and other notables, including Cruise, in order to bring attention to her story.
